Super simple way to make it, to buy cream cheese with chives and onion. 2-3 crepes and a few slices of lox make a medium plate. Addition depends on your preferences may vary, dill, cucumber, avocado, capers. If you would like to make this appetizer really exotic, decorate with caviar.
3 thin slice of smoked salmon or lox
8 oz (226g) cream cheese Philadelphia
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Small pinch of garlic salt
Green dill and black pepper on your taste
Amount of salt depends on how salty your salmon
To simplify the recipe, instead of making the spread, we can use chive and onion Philadelphia cream cheese spread.
