How To Fold Quesadilla In the Shape Of Flower

  1. Choose the side that is baked to face up more. This way, we can fry or bake the less-cooked side further.

2. Make 2 cuts toward each other as shown in the photo. Ensure the cuts meet at the center. This will be the final size of the cuts.

3. Make 10 cuts easily by folding the tortilla in half first, then making 5 evenly spaced cuts along the folded edge.

4. Stack each cut on top of the previous one, aligning them towards the center of the tortilla.

5. The last cut is going under the next cut.

Breakfast Quesadilla With Cheese Recipe Idea

This recipe idea is super simple and works perfectly with just 2 tortillas shaped into a flower or a star. I’m not sure which name fits better, but the shape looks so fun and creative! Just remember to keep the tortilla filling from being too runny so it stays neat and holds its shape.

Ingredients:

100g Queso Fresco Mexican cheese (shredded)

50g cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 egg

Pinch garlic powder

Pinch paprika

Salt

egg +3 tablespoons milk (mixture) to deep tortillas

Oil+butter for frying

Cooking:

Shread cheeses and add egg, mix well. Add spices. If the mixture is runny, add more cheese. Place on tortillas and fold the flowers.

Fry and enjoy!
