Delicious Shrimp Pasta Salad With Sweet Pickles Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of cooked shrimp*

1 cup of chopped center stalks celery

2 cups of elbows nuddles cooked

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

4-5  sweet pickles or 4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon very finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt, black pepper, and spices to taste

*If we use frozen shrimp, through it before boiling. Cook on a gentle heat, shrimp toughens easily. Time depends on the size of the shrimp, don’t overcook it. For the salad the best to use small shrimp.

Cooking Direction

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice with onion and let marinate for 2-3 minutes. It is important because we can’t be noticed onion in the salad so much but it gives a nice crunch and onion flavor. It can apply to most salads.

2. Mix onions with mayonnaise before adding to salad.

3. Now we ready to combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Important! Refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
