Pomegranate Smoothie with Coconut Water

1. How to Remove Pomegranate Seeds

I like a pomegranate. However, the inconvenience to deseed it always stopped me from buying this beneficial for health pom fruit. In Christmas 2016 we received a large box of pomegranates from California as a gift, and I had a lot of practice on how to open and eat this fruit. Also, pomegranate is so nice to use to decorate salads, desserts, some meat dishes, make a smoothie (the recipe at the bottom of the page), and jello can be sweet and spicy. The example of using spicy jello, I make pomegranate jello to cover chicken liver pate, the layer is thin. The sour taste of pomegranate jelly is so good in combination with chicken pate.
